☆amusing adj.好笑的，有趣的

amused:感到好笑的

v.amuse

interesting:一般有意思

funny:好笑的，可以指貶義;開心的，令人開心的(不一定笑)

interesting/funny story

amusing:傾向于讓某人笑出聲

☆experience n.經歷

經歷—可數名詞 +s(a/an)

經驗—不可數名詞，原形

experienced:有經驗的

☆wave v.招手

wave to sb:向某人招手

☆lift n.搭便車

take a bus/taxi/lift

take a lift:搭便車

give sb a lift:讓某人搭便車

thumb lift:拇指便車

☆reply v.回答

vi.answer=reply

vt.answer sth/reply to sth

回信：answer the letter/reply to the letter

☆language n.語言

母語：native language(書面)，mother tongue(口語)

☆journey n.旅行

trip:短距離旅行或出差

出差：go on business/go on a trip

travel:周游(長途)

tour:為了玩; tourist:游客

journey:所有的旅行

voyage:旅行(海上);flight:空中飛行;journey:偏重于陸地旅行

Do you speak English

I had an amusing experience last year.After I had left a small village in the south of France,I drove on to the next town.On the way,a young man waved to me.I stopped and he asked me for a lift.As soon as he had got into the car,I said good morning to him in French and he replied in the same language.Apart from a few words,I do not know any French at all.Neither of us spoke during the journey.I had nearly reached the town,when the young man suddenly said,very slowly,"Do you speak English?"As I soon learnt,he was English himself!

☆after:從句的標志，后面的叫時間狀語從句，主句的動作發生在從句之后。

如果兩個都是過去時，同時發生，會用進行時態;

如果一先一后發生，發生在前的動作為過去完成時態。

☆as soon as:一……就……

后面一定要加一個句子(時間狀語從句)，一后面的先發生

強調兩個動作幾乎是連在一起的

☆用某種語言：in+某種語言

☆apart from:除了……之外

apart from=except for,習慣上放在句首

except for可以不放在句首，強調整體當中某 一方面除外，剩下的整體都不錯。

apart from有兩層含義：except,besides

except和besides可放在句子中間，besides指在整體上加上，except要從整體減掉

☆either of sb:……中的任何一個

neither of sb:……中的任何一個都不

either,neither都是指兩個當中的任何一個

如果不只兩個人，就是none of

none,neither一旦出現，這句話就不會再有not

☆as I learnt

learn:知道，得知;know:知道

As+主語+動詞+逗號+句子(as:正如)

eg:As we know,the New Concept English is very good.

★Key structures

過去完成時

過去的過去或兩個動作都在過去，一個動作在前，一個在后，發生在前的動作為過去完成時。

過去完成時一定要以一個過去時態做鋪墊，這個動作一定要發生在had done之后。

[特殊]until:主句和從句兩個都用一般過去時對，任何一個用過去完成時也對。
